Refund & Return Policy – DentalWings.in

At DentalWings.in, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and satisfying. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and in alignment with the unique nature of dental supplies and equipment. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in original condition
  • The seal and packaging must be intact, without signs of tampering
  • All original accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included
  • The product should be the correct item delivered
  • Packaging must be undamaged

All returned items go through a quality inspection before approval for refund or replacement.

2. Technical Support Before Returns

If you face an issue with a product, our technical support team or vendor may assist you through remote troubleshooting. In certain cases, we may request that you consult a local technician to expedite the process. Any cost incurred for this service will be reimbursed.

If the issue cannot be resolved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup of the product after assessment.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect the package before accepting delivery. If the outer box appears tampered with or damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting our support team immediately.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A missing item or accessory
  • The wrong product

…you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints raised after this window may not be eligible for return or refund.

4. How to Submit a Return Request

Return or replacement requests must be submitted via our website or app within 10 days of receiving the product. You will be required to upload photos or a short video showing the issue.

Requests without sufficient evidence or those submitted after the 10-day window may be rejected.

5. Replacement or Refund

We will process a replacement for approved returns. In case the item is out of stock or unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

6. Return Charges

In the following scenarios, a return fee may apply:

  • If a partial or full return brings the total order value below a certain threshold
  • If you send back a product not approved for return, or include extra items, logistics charges will apply for pickup and return

7. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene, regulatory, or operational reasons. These include:

  • Products that can be used directly on patients, including but not limited to tooth cream, mousse, MRC/orthodontic trainers, water flossers, chin caps, headgear, face masks, and other myofunctional appliances.
  • Products categorized under Pharmacy, including hand sanitizers and patient education models and manuals, are non-returnable.
  • The following items are classified as non-returnable products: dental chairs, dental compressors, UV chambers, autoclaves, X-ray units, RVG sensor machines, model trimmers, OPG and CBCT machines, apex locators, endomotors, ultrasonic cleaners and scalers, micromotors, implant motors/physiodispensers, bleaching lights and light cure units, amalgamators, and Waldent disposable high-speed airotors.
  • Items marked as “short expiry”
  • Single-unit items below a certain price threshold (Rs. xxx)

If any non-returnable product is found to be defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a review.

8. Warranty Claims

Warranty-related issues follow the manufacturer/importer warranty policies. DentalWings.in is not responsible for replacing items under warranty.

  • Physical damage is not covered under warranty
  • Warranty service is managed by the manufacturer or importer
  • We can assist you in connecting with the service provider, but final responsibility lies with the manufacturer
